Electrical installation Recently the operations approach on reconstruction project implementation was changed. One of the biggest works, carried out by our enterprise recently is the sixth line reconstruction for the cement production with dry process at “Karcement”, Ltd., Karaganda region, Aktau. At this object we had carried out as follows: old cable production dismounting; cable steel construction dismounting; power transformers 110/35 kV dismounting; high voltage compartments and PCU dismounting; manufacturing and installation of steel constructions, supports, trays and ductings; Switchgear and control gear 35 and 10 kv Installation of the firm ABB; Installation of high voltage cable lines 110, 35,10kV; power transformers 110/35 kV 40 MBA installation of the firm ABB; motor installation 10kV; checking and optical cable lines installation; installation of electric equipment and cable lines 0,4 - 0,66 kV; Installation of instruments and automatic equipment. We carried out installation work according to the ABB project. Our specialists carried out design, instillation and adjustment works, which aren’t enter in the main reconstruction project. Reconstruction of electric equipment and control system for the grinding shop No2 of “Karcement”, Ltd., and the compressor station “CentralAsiaCement”, Ltd. Was carried out by “RVSA” in volume: designing, equipment supply, installation and commissioning. “RVSA” specialists were carried out the project of automatic control and protection systems with SIEMENS. equipment using during the boiler No11 reconstruction of Karaganda state district power plant-1. Also electrical installation was carried out by our staff.
