Technological procress specification      Charging machine control program was changed for received task realization. Operator’s panel ОР270-10 was installed with the help of it an operator can change variants of draft fillet circuits by himself. Additional Simodrive sensors are installed on brick rotating system; it contributed to brick flat laying automation for the binding between rows. After new draft fillet circuits development and implementation it was succeeded to place from 16 to 25 percent of bricks on the one carriage, it is more than it was before reconstruction.


REQUIREMENTS TO AUTOMATION SYSTEM

• To activate a rotation gear of the charging machine for brick binding in the pack.
• To provide arrangement of newly-implemented brick formats.
• To provide changeover between formats and draft fillet types without instruments and automation engineers participation, between machine operator’s forces with the help of operator’s panel, installed on the charging machine pulpit.
• To develop jointly with technologists circuits and additional variants of draft fillet in connection with commissioning new brick formats.
